It's a traditional but trendy Pelion house with a cute garden, bbq facilities and offers great views of the mountain and Volos. It is ideal for friends and families looking to explore Mount Pelion and Volos. Our Space is self-contained and offers a spacious, comfortable lounge, open plan with fully-equipped kitchen. Plus a big comfy sleeper sofa for 2. Kitchen has new oven/hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. One large bedroom with double bed and choice of further single bed. Sweet bathroom with shower cabin. Total area is 100m2. Guests have access to front garden with bbq facilities and views of mountain and Volos. We are always available should guests require help or information and we can offer suggestions on local amenities and activities, including nature hikes in the mountain and best beaches, according to your preferences. Our Place is located in peaceful, serene surroundings close to the main road, 5km from Volos city and 5km from Portaria. Ideally located for reaching beaches on both sides of Pelion in summer and great for winter activities at Agrioleukes ski resort. All year round the area offers perfect opportunities for walking, hiking, and exploring. We can reveal some hidden footpaths leading to traditional tavernas and cosy cafes. (Picking nuts and fruits depending on the season!) Volos combines sea and mountain, ours is a rural mountain location with easy access to the city of Volos which offers a promenade of cafes and 'Tsipouradika', a great chance to sample Greek meze specialities and drink Tsipouro (similar to ouzo but more interesting!). We are situated in an ideal location with easy access to the centre of Volos, local picturesque villages and magnificent beaches. Local buses run from Volos to nearby villages. Bus stop 50m away. Taxis are also available. We have guides and maps of the local area.
