Inviting, clean, comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage featuring artwork throughout the home close to Berea College, Boone Tavern, galleries and shoppes on the square. Dining options nearby. The two bedrooms on the first level have comfortable Queen size beds and a full bath with shower. The upstairs space is open with 2 full size beds divided by wall partitions and a futon. There is a bathroom with a small tub on the upper level. A deck out back. Basic TV Stations and High Speed Internet. ***COTTAGE WILL BE CLEANED AND DISINFECTED THE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO ALLOW FOR EXTRA CLEANING TIME. This cozy home has two bedrooms and full bath on the main floor plus the living room and kitchen. The upstairs sleeping and sitting areas have two full sized beds and a futon and the upstairs beds are in rooms without doors. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a very small tub. There is room to park one car on the driveway and one on the street. Guests will have access to everything except the garage. Please let me know if I can be of help during your stay. Nice neighborhood within walking distance of Boone Tavern, Berea College, Art Galleries, and other unique shops and places to eat. Near the interstate. Off street parking available for one car. Extra cars can be parked on the street. This is a residential neighborhood. Pets do not currently live on the property but may have in the past. I note this for anyone with severe pet allergies. Also, I block a day before and after each guest so contact me if you would like to add an additional night.
