Spacious luxury villa with private heated pool

A modern well equipped villa on the front line, close to the idylic village of El Sauzal which has shops, bars & restaurants. The villa has 3 bedrooms and a separate 1 bedroom en suite apartment which is ideal for 2 families or one family and relatives (I do not rent the apartment separately, so if you book you will have the whole villa). A peaceful location with spectacular uninterrupted sea views and ample parking. Many guests return yearly The chalet is 230square metres and well equipped with a large garden and 3 sun terraces. The villa has a washing machine and a tumble drier. There is wifi and satellite TV and air conditioning. It is also recommended for anyone wanting to work from home as the fibre optic broadband is excellent and many guests have done this successfully. I am available for advice as required but will generally leave you to enjoy the villa and explore the beautiful area of North Tenerife yourselves. The local village is a pretty and well kept and only a 5 minute drive away. It has many shops and a food market. there are also many tapas bars, cafes and restaurants. I provide some recommendations for nearby restaurants in the villa booklet. The views of the coastline from the chalet are truly stunning. The town of Puerto de la Cruz is a typical old fashioned Spanish town and this is about a 15 minute drive away. here there is a lido and beaches as well as many shops and restaurants. Also, the world famous 'Loro Parque' can be found here and is a great family day out. A car is really necessary for you to be able to fully enjoy your holiday. I provide all towels including beach towels for your stay.
