A Brighton Beauty

It's Summer and we have a solar heated pool for you to use! What could be better when staying Bayside! We live in a large 3 story home in Brighton East. We have two rooms at the front of the house for guests to use adjacent to our home office. The home is comfortable, large enough to offer privacy and the bed is big and comfy. Just what most weary travellers love! Whilst we love having our Air BnB guests we would ask that you read the rules and respect that this is our family home. Two quiet rooms at the front of the house (bedroom and adjoining sitting room). We also have a solar heated pool available for swimming in the warmer months. There is room in the fridge and pantry for your items. You have your own private bathroom and can use the laundry facilities. The room has bifold doors. The rest of the house including the dining, living and lounge rooms are not a shared space. We ask guests to respect that this is our private family home. You are renting rooms in a house. Not an entire house. Please do not treat our house like a hostel. Please do not treat the house as your own. We are friendly and accommodating and love to meet new people however just as you value your privacy. So do we. If you wish to use our dining room. Please ask. The bathroom you will use is accessed via our staircase and is upstairs. It's easy to get to. You have it all to yourself and it has access to a toilet. We run a home office and are always around and don't venture far from home so will be available when need. You'll still have all the privacy you need. The home office is adjacent to the Air BnB and we start work around 9am and finish around 5pm. A nice walk to the beach and shops. An equally nice bike ride to St Kilda, Elwood and surrounding beach suburbs. The best coffee in Brighton around the corner at our local cafe Zest. The Supermarket is a ten minute walk as is the train station. The tram is a five minute walk. The tram and train will take you into the city and will take between 20 and 45 minutes depending which you choose. Off street parking, close to trams and trains. Our dog likes to welcome guests at the door! He's friendly and little but he can be noisy! Our pets think they can go into the Air BnB whenever they like. We try to discourage this but occasionally may not catch them!
