Enjoy swimming in crystal clear water and relaxing in a peaceful environment !!! The house we offer is a small flat in Toroni Chalkidiki, in the peninsula of Sithonia. Toroni is a small village with 3 km long and very wide, sandy beach. There is a "main" road next to the beach and all the restaurants, rooms to let, buildings, are on this road. The sea is very clear and the time of the day we enjoy most, is when the sun is diving into the water (really breath-taking sunsets!). The place is ideal for peaceful and relaxed vacation. Would like to meet you when you come..... Toroni can also be an excellent base for excursions to the whole peninsula of Sithonia. You can visit Porto Coufo to the south-east (3km - we do it on our bikes), a nice physical harbour with fish tavernas, Sykia, which is the oldest village in Sithonia, the small "harbours" of Sykia, Sarti, the beaches of Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Vourvourou. To the west, you can visit New Marmaras (in 15min by car) and the "PORTO KARRAS" hotel and cazino complex, for those who search glam. The village of Parthenon over Marmaras, is worth visiting, with its old houses and breathtaking views. Tristinika beach is also a must, next to Toroni (5min by car) especially 'Ethnik Beach Bar' !!! There is a bus connection from Thessaloniki, but car is necessary if you want to visit the whole peninsula or get around.... Beach stuff for kids are available for you to use.
