Cool house in Bademler, Urla, İzmir

It's in a modern part of subrural Izmir. Quite safe with modern people. There is a fire for winter and nice breeze in summer time. 10 km to sea side. Farm- ing is possible in the garden. Location is possible to visit touristic destinations, Ephesus... There are four bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, 3 bathrooms...Total 185 m2. It's possible to use the fire in winter time and possible to go to the garden i summer time. The garden is 1000 m2. The garden is for organic farming, if you stay two or more days you can do farming. I'm not proffessional but I know well the Teos, Pergamon and Symrne cities. Ask for the schedule, I will be glad to walk with you in Teos.... It's a particular village with the modern people, farmer's market is on Sunday. Easy access to Urla downtown, a town licving really in Mediterannean style.... The house is about 30 km from Izmir downtown, 45 km from the airport with easy access, 10 km from old Ottoman village and holiday town Sığacık, Seferihisar which is 3 km away from the Roman city Teos, 15 km from Urla downtown. You should better driving, coming by public transportation is harder which we rarely (Website hidden by Airbnb) is on the Urla vineyard route and the closest MMG winery and tasting place is 2 km, Ayda winery and restaurant: 12.5 km.
