The house is owned by family who love the outdoors and at the first sight of the garden have decided to leave everything behind in the big smoke and do the place up to share with other lovers of nature as well as good house living away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. It is the perfect home to relax and have all the home comforts at your fingertips. It is a perfect stay for families as well as small groups of friends who want to enjoy each others company in stylishly designed settings. Downstairs we have an open plan living room and dining room with a spacious kitchen and hidden WC. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and one a small single. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are plenty of wardrobes and cupboards to fit your belongings over your stay. We also have underfloor heating in the Bathroom and Kitchen to keep you warm in the winter days. There is a newly built decking in the garden with comfortable sun loungers and chairs, perfect to relax in the summer months. Guests will be able to access all parts of the home and garden. The house is located in a mostly residential area just 10 minute walk from the large Croxteth Country Park and the stately home of Croxteth Hall, a beautiful garden, farm and horse riding centre open to the public. There is the National Trusts's Formby Beach just a 30 minute drive away which is surrounded by dramatic sand dunes and sweeping coastal pine woods. Great for families day out in the summer. Just a 3 minute walk down the road you will find a Turkish restaurant, a Pizzeria, Pub and the highly rated Britannia fast food which is known for being the best chippy. A further 10 minute walk through the beautiful meadows you will find the Viking Landing Pub which attracts all the locals through its large variety of good food and great atmosphere. Further down there is a shopping district where you can do all of your weekly food shopping, easiest to get to by car. Tescos, Aldi, Farm Foods and Home Bargains are all within 1.5 mile radius. For those who don't want to try the local eateries or bother with shopping there is a McDonalds, KFC and Frankie and Benny's as well as the huge Showcase Cinema showing all of the latest blockbusters to keep yourself entertained. Fun Fact: For all the football lovers Wayne Rooney England's best goal scorer has been brought up on our street as that is where he went to school and where his wife Colleen lived. As seen on the documentary Wayne Rooney: The Man Behind the Goals he shows where he has played football, practically on our doorstep. The City Centre is only a 15 minute drive in an Uber and there are two bus stops with busses going in and around the city every 10 minutes. It is a 20 minute drive to the city centre and about a 15 minute Uber to the stadiums of Anfield and Everton.
