For adventures closer to home, play a round of golf at our beautiful golf course, visit the Pioneer Town museum or enjoy some music at Grand Mesa Arts and Events Center. Price per night is for 2 guests. $20 per additional guest. This beautiful old home, built in the 1920's, is very comfortable and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is furnished with everything you need for that quick getaway or longer term stay, including washer/dryer. There are desks in two of the bedrooms, a dedicated office area and the strong wifi accommodates work or play. This rare gem is within walking distance to Main Street where you will find great restaurants, stores and the amazing arts center. There is a private concrete parking area on the south side of the house. Main Street is just a short walk from there. I will be available via the Airbnb app. This home is located on the west side of highway 65 just north of the stoplight in Cedaredge There is free parking on the premises. There is a fun game/movie room downstairs with a futon that could accommodate another guest. The downstairs has plenty of storage for hunting, fishing, hiking, or any other type of gear! The stairs are very narrow, so we recommend that our guests carefully access that area. We also have some basic outdoor gear including backpacks, hats, gloves and skis. The ice maker/water in the fridge is currently out of order.
