Air conditioned Rooms .The Swimming pool is 6x4 metres in size with full filtration system One can walk to the local bars , restaurants, or hire bikes. There are two bedrooms with 2 singles in one room and 2 singles / double in the other, this room as the Terrace. Both rooms have Air conditioners /Heaters . There are tea & coffee facilities in the main bedroom. The upstairs as its own private shower room, Which guests do not share with strangers I have a good selection of books to read & DVD's to watch. There are two music docking stations ( I phone 4/5/6 ) and a cd/radio player with a large collection of music to listen to. Food is available on request, please contact me for a menu before arrival. Guests can share the kitchen and living room facilities. I have a quality barbecue that I can light for you & share if you so wish There are Air condition units in both rooms ( No extra charge for use ) PLEASE NOTE : THE OWNER LIVES IN THE DOWNSTAIRS PART OF THE LARGE PROPERTY. All are welcome at my lovely restored village house. Road & mountain bike hire to suit all levels and sizes, spare Helmets, clothes & Pedals are Available. Birding walks are also available in the months of April - June Where I can take guests to view the wonderful wildlife this area has to offer. Guests have the complete upstairs of the property with their own private shower room. There is full use of cooking facilities in the downstairs of the property and a outside Barbecue. Wi fi throughout the house, satellite TV/ Radio with British BBC & ITV (website hidden) player , sound docks up & down stairs There are spaces to park cars on the street outside. Every morning a Breakfast is served with filtered coffee, this is included in the price, Bottled water is also free of charge. Detailed cycling routes and walks in the local area. You can join me on rides up to 50 km ,anything longer maps can be supplied. A complimentary Breakfast is served, which includes Natural Yoghurt, fruit, cereals, Milk, fruit juice , bread / toast .Evening meals can be supplied , including a barbecue (please request for a menu) Please note : That there are two rooms upstairs that I offer, these I rent per customer , I do this so you do not have to share the top level of the house with strangers. There a number of places to visit, Roman ruins, prehistoric caves, all within a 20 minute drive from the village . PLEASE NOTE: WHEN ARRIVING BY CAR THE STREETS IN THE VILLAGE ARE NARROW, BE AWARE OF THE MIRRORS ON THE WALLS OF THE STEEP STREETS & GIVE WAY TO VEHICLES THAT ARE ON THE HIIL. There are lovely views of the mountains and countryside from the house. I do not have specific parking, but never find it a problem to find a space within 100 yards of the house. There is a bus stop 100 metres from the property where one can catch the bus to Ronda and Setenil five times a day. There are local buses that run into the historic town of Ronda. There are bars & good eateries in the village, all within walking distance of my house., also a number of shops, supermarkets, all close to my house. Your host can also drop guests of into Ronda ( if I am Available) There is a Private swimming pool with a full filtration system & illumination light. Please NO JUMPING OR DIVING IN POOL, This is for your own safety & to save unwanted loss of valuable water. Cycle hire is €20 per day, Road & off road bicycles, free mechanical back up , detailed maps of the surrounding countryside, or come & join me on one of my rides, on the Roads, or ride the beautiful local trails, through Olive groves & quiet country tracks. Walks along the local stream ( Arroyo) can also be organised, where one can view the beautiful wildlife this area has to offer. Both bedrooms have air conditioners.
