Calm Estate w/ Sea View over Nice

This amazing secured property of 2500m² offers two 30-35m² rooms with seperate entrance.The pool, summer kitchen inclusive BBQ with the stunning sea view should be used.Relax after a hard shopping or sight day.Only 7min to airport and 12min to city. 1. La Violette is a 35m² room with direct seperate access via outside path. The in 2015 newly renovated room gives you enough workspace as well as space to relax. You have builtin-cupboards for all the shopped clothes and can enjoy with a step outside the marvellous sunrise with a coffee on the patio. This room ist for 2 adult and 1 baby 2. La Valeriane, renovated in 2014, air conditioned gives you a magical calm and heartwarming feeling when used. The structure of the walls is round so it gives you an endless feeling. As this studio is used as massage and spiritual room when unblocked, you have quite an atmosphere in it. The structure from the inside is totally built in wood (as seen in the pictures). This room is for max. 3 adult and 1 baby. Guest will have access to the pool, garden, bbq and outside area and of course the room/studio rented. You can easily have a walk around the 2500m² property. If not communicated otherwise the rest of the original house is restricted. When guests are around we prepare the breakfast and are available for any questions (French/Italian only). Upon request we prepare dinner with local specialities as we used to work in the hospitality. We are totally open, so don't hesitate to ask. The estate is close to the airport (10 min) and close to the beach (14min) and city (12min) by car. You have sea and mountain view and can totally relax in this marvellous surrounding. The Village St.Isidore is currently in a boom. Next to the new Allianz Riviera Arena the city is building a new IKEA and 30.000m² of shopping possibilities. One of the biggest fitness centers in the south of france (daily package possible) is also in the village as well as the biggest Store in Nice E. Leclerc. We suggest to rent a car or come by car, as this property is not reachable with public transportation. Nevetheless there is a Railwaystation in St. Isidore Village (2km). Trains to Nice Center operate frequently. We once had a group by bike here. It is also possible but it's up to your fitness. Pick ups from the airport are possible.
