Villa le Rocce - breathtaking view

The house is located directly above the bay of Fetovaia. The white natural beach with its azure water, lined with rugged rocks and Mediterranean scrub is one of the most beautiful places on the island of Elba. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an Italian villa, in the middle of nature. It has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with breathtaking, unobstructed views of Corsica and the neighboring islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The 130 square meter apartment with the 90 square meter terrace is located on the premises of a former marine biological field station. The living rooms were completely renovated in 2019. On request, the 3-bed room can also be converted into a double bed + single bed. In the large living room there are 2 additional sleeping options. During your stay, I or a local contact person is always available to assist you with advice and action. We are happy to share one or the other insider tip with you so that your stay will be even more unique. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the guarded fine sandy beach. There, you find restaurants, bars, a boat rental etc. making it an ideal location for families with children. For those who seek a more quite place we recommend the rocky shore along the bay or one of the nearby natural beaches.
