Also comes with a Nespresso coffee machine. Tuchekoi is a rural area surrounded by rolling hills, rivers and the picturesque country towns of Pomona, Cooran and Imbil. Noosa is also only 40km away. All located on a beautiful 5 and a half acre block surrounded by larger rural properties. Watch the sun set from the north facing verandah, and spot one of the resident wallabies foraging in the garden. There are also a large variety of birds that visit and call it home. * Please note- meat cannot be cooked in the cottage, however, there is a gas camping stove available to cook meat outside. * Well behaved pets are welcome,however, they are not to be left inside unsupervised or be given access to the furniture or beds. You have full use of the house and garden. I live on the property in a separate cottage. I will be available if you need me but apart from that you will be left to enjoy your stay in privacy. Tuchekoi is a rural area surrounded by rolling hills, rivers and the picturesque country towns of Pomona, Cooran and Imbil. Gympie is 20 minutes away - handy for groceries and supplies. And if you’d like to do some touring around, Noosa and its beautiful beaches are half an hour away. There are many hiking trails close by and also Lake Borumba for boating and fishing. You will need your own transport to get around. There is plenty of parking for you on the property. The house is on tank water, so it would be greatly appreciated if you could use water responsibly. There is a dam about 100m from the house so vigilance is required with young children. Bees are common when trees and plants are in flower. While it isn’t common to see one, snakes are active in the warmer months. The cottage is connected to a septic tank so please do not put bleach, antiseptic, nappies or tampons/ sanitary pads down the toilets or drains.
