Our place is located on a 30-acre Ranch surrounded by countless acres of beautiful Walnut trees. Each bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size bed, bedroom 1 has a 75” TV, bedroom 2 has a 40" TV, and there is a 86” TV in the living room. Free WiFi, Dish TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu & Prime Video apps all included Guests make themselves at home in the giant gourmet kitchen with every kitchen tool you can think of. Laundry room on the same floor. The electric leather couches have an adjustable footrest and separate adjustable headrest and built-in USB charging stations on each side of the couch. We have a Bluetooth portable speaker for streaming your favorite tunes while you relax. The giant porch with tree top views, a huge hibachi grill, gas fire pit with comfy chairs and of course the piping hot hot tub. Early risers may enjoy views of Yolo Hot Airr Baloon Company's hot air baloons floating right above the house. Come feed the chickens and enjoy the ranch animals! Quiet, comfortable, safe, and conviently located just 5 minutes drive from downtown Winters. Come enjoy a cup of coffee or wine on the front porch. Fully loaded kitchen with all the basics and essentials. Outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill (weather permitting). The year-round Hot Tub is kept sparkling clean and nice and hot. RV or Boat parking is available, please ask your host! We are as available as needed for guests.
