Our accommodation is aimed at providing guests with a value-for-money option in a pleasant, leafy suburb, 5 min from the CBD. Please review the following description carefully before booking with us, to ensure your needs are met. Our unit is equiped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. However, it is not luxury accommodation and would not be described as spacious. Facilities include a Carpark, 3 single beds, sofa bed, Unlimited WiFi NBN, Washer/dryer, Full Kitchen, Dining Area & TV. Our place sleeps three (one queen and one single), but can accommodate up to four guests with under-bed pull out mattress, this needs to be arranged prior to arrival and has an additional surcharge. It is ideally suited for families with kids, or friends who travel together. A free undercover parking spot is provided, and additional parking can be found on the street outside of main entrance (Hour limits may apply). Unley has retail shopping and restaurant options right at your doorstep. The tram stop is an easy 5-minute walk away. You can ride to the city centre in 5 stops, or take the tram in the opposite direction to Glenelg beach. Please note that guests will be required to complete ID verification on their account with Airbnb before they can book us. Guests who have verified ID can book us through the "Instant Book" function. Guests have full access to amenities provided in the apartment. With consideration to our impact on the environment, We do NOT supply the following because they cannot be re-used: Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Bar of soap (we supply hand wash & shower gel) and Slippers. Please note that if you a Portacot / Travel Crib for your baby, you must let us know, and arrange these prior to arrival. We are available to help answer any questions before and during your stay with us. We are more than happy to have a chat with you if you require our local knowledge or assistance. We would highly appreciate it if questions or concerns are communicated to us during your stay as we are happy to solve them and reach solutions for you. We try our absolute best to make sure you have a five-star experience with us. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly. There are 9 other units in the complex, mostly working professionals. Our unit is located on a quiet back street just off King William road. It is within walking distance to bus & tram stops. Carpark is included. We provide undercover carpark. Bus 200 at stop 3 on King William is nearby, tram stop 1 Greenhill road is within walking distance and free to the city, and will also take you to Glenelg beach. Along the tram line is a designated bike track. Less than 4km to the city. Unley is one of Adelaide's oldest suburbs, it is quiet, safe and affluent. Reverse Cycle Aircon provides heating and cooling. Located in the lounge room, may take time to take effect. A pedstal fan is provided also.
