Communal pool - great for summer Please note you need to be able to walk up 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator - My apartment is very light and spacious - fits 6 people easily and has all the amenities you need. DOWNSTAIRS Open Plan Living Area Has a large couch and TV dining table that caters for 6 people - opens to balcony that overlooks courtyard. There is a sideboard if you need to store a few things and high speed Wifi. Open Plan Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need - enough plates bowls, cutlery , wine glasses and kitchen implements, microwave, gas gook top, oven , dishwasher and large fridge. There is also a separate pantry. You also find salt, pepper and oil to cook with. Downstairs Bathroom/ Laundry This has a large shower - separate toilet - washing machine, dryer and sink. I also have cleaning supplies you may require. Downstairs Queen Bedroom This room has a queen bed, large wardrobe and free standing mirror. Downstairs Twin/ King Bedroom This room has 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king bed, Small desk, chest of drawers and small hanging space for clothes. you will also find the iron and ironing table in this room. UPSTAIRS Main Bedroom This is a large space with queen bed, separate desk and chest of drawers and 2 closets to hang clothes. From this room you can see the Melbourne skyline Ensuite Bathroom This room has an ensuite with shower and toilet plus heated towel rail. COMMUNAL COURTYARD There is a lovely grassed garden area you can sit, communal BBQ and outdoor swimming pool LOCATION My apartment is located in the middle of bustling Fitzroy North - many cafes , restaurants and pubs within walking distance. You can tram out the front to the city in 15 mins - easy access to the sporting and theatre distance. The famous Piedmonts supermarket is in walking distance as well as the spacious Edinburgh Gardens. I am always available by text or phone if you have any questions.
