Two minutes walk to reach beaches, restaurants, shops! Feel as on a ship. The residence is unique since the guests are so close to the sea from any room of the house. At the same time, all facilities of any kind of shops, taverns, travel agencies, Rental companies, archaelogical places are very close. The guests will walk some meters for the beach, the pool in the complex, the Super and Mini markets, coffee Shops and bars, Department store, chinese and Thai restaurant, delicious taverns. The residence is 10 kilometers from Heraklion airport, 1 from Cretaquarium, 10 minutes drive from Chersonissos and Malia holiday resorts, a bit further for Agios Nikolaos lake and island Spinaloga. I can meet my guests at their arrival and show them the house and the area, if they want. I will be available during their whole stay for whatever they need. In the House, they will find full instructions as well as recommendations for beaches, places to visit, food to order or stores to go shopping, as locals do. Our neighbourhood combines the relaxing summer holiday atmosphere with more facilities than you expect. The residence is nearly on the beach (one of the most frontbeach houses of the island), where you can smell the sea, hear the waves and forget any worries. Every half an hour a bus passes directed either to Heraklion or to Agios Nikolaos, while the bus station is in a distance of two minutes walk from the house. If you hire a car, there is a car parking in the house. From the airport either by bus with the direction to Ag. Nikolaos or drive on motorway to the same direction, take the Anopolis exit, and then in Kokkini Chani you turn on the left to reach the beach. Opposite the beach, it is the residence, waiting for its guests. Our north terrace is ideal for watching the sunset every afternoon with the most beautiful colours and the sea in front of you. The most relaxing place combined with espresso and cigarettes or beers. The seaview without any obstacles characterises all the rooms of the ground and first floor, with the feeling of travelling on boat.
