Private front entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, movie theater room, living room, kitchen, & backyard to yourselves. The house is holds 3 bedrooms on the top floor. Which consists of 1 master bedroom attached to a bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with another bathroom accessible to those rooms. Large living room and dining room. Backyard with a deck. There is also an entertainment room on the ground floor that has a sleeper sofa. Right across the street from the state park. Perfect for bicyclists, golfers and a break from city life. Lots of nature and the trail leads to Jones Beach. Comfortable safe neighborhood and 5-10 min walk from local plaza. Legendary Bagels and some hometown local taverns in either direction you go. Within 2 miles away from being on the golf course. You have access to the whole house and the driveway. Please note that there are 2 apartments attached to the house. One is on the side held by tenant who has his own side entrance. The other is held by myself or one of the owners from time to time when we need to be in the area. This apartment is located to the back right of the house. Entrance and exit through the back and side gate. The space guests stay in is not shared and is separate from the 2 apartments. There is no sharing of any sort. The house is keyless entry so no need to interact. We do sometimes try to greet guests depending if they are comfortable with that and if we are available to do so. Otherwise communication through the app or via phone is the best way to reach us for any issues or info. Neighborhood is a very quiet and safe. Can walk around care free of anything happening. If you're not afraid of the dark then take a walk through the park at night. :) You can grab an uber to the local shopping plazas in under 5 minutes or take the walk, about 10 minutes maximum. The train(Ronkonkoma Line) is located 10 - 15 min walk. The train goes into NYC, Queens, connects to the subway lines as well that can bring you Citi Field to watch a Mets game or into Brooklyn. You can park on our driveway which can accommodate more then 1 car if needed. No smoking. Can smoke in the backyard but please use ashtray.
