Rooms in a family home

My house is situated in a quiet village street near the ancient town of Dole, only 600 metres from exit 6 on the A39 motorway, close to the EuroCycle Path 6, but also near a shopping centre including several restaurants. Bus service to the town centre and its railway station with fast trains (Paris-Dijon-Lausanne). For very short stays, I can accommodate 2 additional people on the sitting-room sofabed. I don't provide breakfast but guests may use the well-equipped kitchen, dining-room etc. Very quiet yet convenient location, a whole floor of the house to yourselves (for six people (up a fairly steep flight of stairs). The 7th/8th people sleep downstairs in the sitting room.) No locks on any doors... Kitchen, dining room, lounge, off-road car parking, pleasant gardens with picnic table and swings. I have my own bedroom and bathroom in the house, but guests have a whole floor to themselves. There are five single beds plus a single mattress, convertible sofa and space for infants as well (at no charge if you bring your own cot). Don't include babies in your booking.
