Decorated to the highest spec - with elite hotel mattresses and pillows, bedding and towels. Kitchen utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery, the lot. Also toiletries will be left for you with a bottle of wine and goodies. Well-behaved dogs are free - saves you money for the kennels and you have your pooch/s with you. Max 2 dogs. Check with Haven site of which breed is not allowed. Close to the beach. 'Sandbar' is a contemporary static caravan and new to this park, being 43ft x 13 ft and an 8ft decking. You are booking our private accommodation only. We are not a part of the Haven complex. You may, by all means, use the park's facilities when available-Passes for fun activities are not incl in the price, but you can obtain passes at the reception area on arrival - Photo 21 is the prices for this year. Obviously, due to Covid restrictions with H&S there are slot bookings. As you are on a Haven site, you will be required to provide your details for security and access to facilities. This I will ask you to fill a play pass form in 7 days prior to arrival to get up and running on Haven site. You may also book in advance the fantastic large Cleethorpes Public Leisure Centre (Lincs Inspire) for sports and swimming pool activitie. This a 1.7 miles away walking along the flat path seafront. Bring your bikes to ride along this great wonder. Have a look at their wonderful site. So much to do on the doorsteps - You truly need to view and digest the area. Enjoy yourselves! Each room with its own en-suite and little quirks made the stay very comfortable and practical. The added bonus of Netflix and a working wifi were big hits with my friends and I. It really is tranquil and relaxing and the local area has beautiful woodland to walk in and we were lucky enough to see the birth of a calf in the adjoining field. The lodge is so well equipped we loved the jigsaw and hot tub but for more lively families there are many games and DVDs to keep you entertained. We have just returned from our first family get together break since lockdown and we loved everything. The freshness of the place, so clean, everything supplied if you had forgotten any necessities... from shampoo, cleaning items, toilet rolls, conditioner , shower gel . Tea towels. Even Prosecco for our arrival. A really big fridge freezer which we were grateful of. Beautiful comfy outdoor furniture.. throws, massive gas BBQ that we used twice.. plenty of glasses of every description to suit wine, Prosecco, beer .. you really do not need to bring your own . The big kitchen/lounge space with the bifold doors is perfect - opening up onto the decking which has plenty of outdoor furniture and hot tub. There were lots of things to do around Bridgnorth, only criticism about the location is that it isn’t really walking distance to anywhere. The hosts were very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at lime lodge and would recommend it to anyone! Yes, the lodge is rural as stated. There is plenty of walks and cycle rides from the lodge. The pub is 2 miles away, as is the shops. As stated, Bridgnorth is close by (5.5miles) and there is plenty to do there. Also Bewdley which is beautiful (little Amsterdam as we call it) being 7 miles away and Kidderminster being 12 miles away (Safari park in-between) When you come again, lets us know, and I can get some trips sorted out for you. I first visited with 5 school friends and loved the hot tub and relaxed scenic atmosphere. On my second visit I went with my mum, grandmother, aunt, sister and cousin. The space is perfect for all ages to feel comfortable and is lovely and warm even without wthe Fire lit. The place is spotlessly clean and the kitchen has all the equipment needed for a weekend. There hot tub is not overlooked and nor is the rest of the lodge. A great little relaxing retreat, We are already planning our next trip to visit! The accommodation is contemporary modern, cosy and has all creature comforts to enhance your stay. We arrived to the most beautiful lodge and a bottle of prosecco was waiting for us with yummy biscuits. A very lovely touch. While looking around we were so impressed by the detail in absolutely everything, nothing was too much and every situation was covered, for example ; Board games, kids toys, books and magazines were in abundance, a little teddy bear was provided for a child to take home, the kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal, big fluffy towels were provided, even matches to light the fire and even shopping bags by the front door. It really was home from home and the words " I'd actually live here " were said a few times. The hot tub was just amazing, warm, inviting and very clean. I fact, the whole lodge was very clean. The surrounding area it beautiful, lots of lovely pubs, woodland and farm shops. Bewdley and Kidderminster are very close. The only downside and it's a very minor thing, the Wifi. It didn't work. Our caravan is private as are many on-site and not Haven-owned, so on-site activities are nothing to do with us, however, Haven have said you can still use their facilities at a cost when available - A form can be obtained to book in advance or at reception on arrival.
