Brand new Studio Apartment on the sea

This apartment is located in a charming village Njivice in a beautiful Boka bay, only few kilometres from town of Herceg Novi. It takes a couple of minutes drive or boat ride to reach town center with all the shops, cozy cafes, restaurants and a long promenade by the beach. Two inernational airports are both located only 25 km away ( Dubrovnik in Croatia, and Tivat in Montenegro). UNESCO sites ( Kotor old town, Perast and the islands, as well as Dubrovnik) can be reached by car less then an hour This is a charming studio apartment located only a few steps away from the beach. It is a cosy and comfortable ( 30 m2 ) apartment with a large balcony overlooking Kotor bay and its own private beach. We offer fully equipped accommodation for up to 4 persons, one queen size bed and a large pull out sofa bed, kitchen is equipped with all appliances needed for everyday living, a modern bathroom, and cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and balcony with sea view. There is a possibility of joining a next door apartment into one large space for accommodation of up to 8 people (group of friends, larger family...). The apartment has its own large parking space. Reaching the apartment is easy. We provide a large parking lot, and if you arrive by plane we can organize transfer for you from any airport. On our private beach you will be provided with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and crystal clear sea as much as possible. Guest towels and bed linen are included in the price. If you are coming with a baby , we can provide baby cot free of charge. There is a small grocery shop next to the house for everyday needs, and a large shopping mall (with a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurant,...) is only 2-3 min drive from the apartment. As a host, I am at your disposal for anything you need during your stay. You will be welcomed with the best possible hospitality and our goal is to provide you a pleasant holiday. By entering Montenegro, you are required to pay tourist tax for your stay, and it coast 0,90 eur per person per day. We can help you with this registration upon your arrival to the appartment.
