Your own space! The unit is attached to my home, but has its own entrance. Lovely and convenient residential area north of Melbourne - 20 minute drive to City, 5 mins to Tullamarine Freeway, 12 minutes to Tullamarine Airport, 10 minutes walk to train service, local bus at door, 5 minute walk to Napier Street shops. PLEASE NOTE - To help stop the spread of Covid-19 in Melbourne, I am currently only taking double vaccinated guests, or those with genuine exemptions. Plenty of room for one or two people with the option of a single bed stretcher or inflatable mattress as well. Your own reverse-cycle air conditioner in the area will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. You have your own bedroom with flat screen smart TV, Netflix, large wardrobe, queen bed. There is a small area with a sink unit,dining table and chairs. I will leave cereal, milk, bread, butter, jam etc to get you started. There's a great coffee maker with pods provided, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave and fridge (please note, there is no stove but there is a bbq with hotplate available outside on decking). Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer are provided in your bathroom together with bath and hand towels. If you are staying a while, I am happy to help you with small loads of washing. Enjoy the decking just outside your door and feel free to use the bbq. Please just ask if there's anything missing that you would like. Napier Street shops are just 5 minutes walk from the house - small supermarket, 4 or 5 coffee shops, a wine bar, bottle shop (wines, spirits, beer), gift shops, bakery, newsagent, post office, bank, restaurants (Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese, pizza) and hairdressers! Public transport is readily available - bus and train. There's space to park a car/campervan in the street. Sorry, no pets without prior discussion.
