Coastal bolt-hole in Rye Harbour

Stylish one bedroom bungalow in the heart of Rye Harbour– ideal for couples wanting some time out in a peaceful setting. The entire bungalow has been completely renovated to a high standard. It includes a double bedroom and adjoining ensuite shower room. The lounge/dining area has a large corner sofa with a flat screen smart TV on the chimney breast, below this there is an electric wood burner effect fire. From here, French doors open onto a pretty garden to the front where the patio provides a sun trap for breakfast and a space for alfresco dining. The kitchen has a microwave, electric oven, induction hob, with an adjacent WC. There is an additional study area off the kitchen which catches the evening sun; the perfect spot to enjoy a good book or magazine. When you’re not out exploring all there is to see in the surrounding area, we have collected some games that you’re welcome to enjoy. The bungalow is stone’s throw from two pubs, a village shop and two cafes. It is a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach on a tarmaced path that runs parallel to the River Rother – at high tide you can see fishing and leisure boats. This walk takes you through the Rye Harbour nature reserve – a Site of Special Scientific Interest, with five bird watching hides and miles of footpaths to explore. Hello, there is a bus service into Rye, but it is much easier to get about by car and we have off street parking. If you have bikes there is a cycle lane down the Harbour Road which takes you into Rye.
