This is a 3rd floor apartment. If you can’t walk up to the third floor, this won’t work for you. Beautiful Penthouse apartment with all new windows, kitchen, granite counters, fireplace, new bathroom. This is a very simple no frills apartment. The entire apartment on the top floor, the third floor is yours to use. In all likelihood you will never see me or anyone from my staff, this is designed to be a 100% self serve unit. However, we are very easily accessible and very responsive to any of your needs. The upscale neighborhood of Chestnut Hill is an award-winning neighborhood and a very walkable district with many restaurants and shops just outside your front door. My favorite coffee shop is across the street at 8620 Germantown Avenue, called chestnut hill coffee. My favorite breakfast place is across the street and a few doors down had 8630 Germantown Avenue called the breakfast boutique. My favorite Japanese restaurant that I has the absolute best and freshest sushi in the entire city is a few doors down at 8607 Germantown Avenue called Osaka. The Weavers Way Co-op, about 2 blocks down hill, provides a terrific salad bar as well as sandwiches and light and easy shopping with several organic options. The Chestnut Hill West train station is across the street and the Chestnut Hill East train station is about three blocks away and buses can be caught right in front. Uber and Lyft also service the area. This is also a very walkable neighborhood. Parking behind the building is $3 for 6 hours or and $5 for overnight. There is a SEPTA parking lot across the street for $1/day. Free street parking (read the signs!) with 2 blocks. This is a strictly no smoking or vaping of any products apartment in the unit or in the hallways. If we have to hire a company to come and sanitize there is a $200 charge
