A Quiet City Oasis in Volos

This newly-renovated private, single-story home offers a quiet oasis in the city of Volos. It is just a 10-minute walk to the center and within 150m is a large super market, pharmacy, bakery and coffee shops. The house offers plenty of natural sunlight, a large fenced yard ideal for BBQs and relaxing. The kitchen has tall, cathedral ceilings and is fully equipped with new cooking utensils and appliances. The house includes a flat-screen TV, AC unit, ceiling fans, and a large, newly built closet. The main house has a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, living room with a fold-out couch, kitchen with an espresso machine and filtered coffee machine, toaster and all equipment needed to prepare meals as well as a new, bright bathroom offering a large stand-up shower, shampoo and shower gel. Guests can also enjoy the yard which is fenced and ideal for children. A washing machine and second bathroom is also available in the laundry room located next to the main house. A trip to the Pelion villages is a must during your stay in Volos. Portaria and Makrynitsa are located approximately 35 minutes by car from Volo. For those feeling more adventurous Tsagarada is a mountain village located an hour an half by car.
