Now you have private access to the levy bike/walkway. So bring your kayak, bring your bike, bring your running shoes and enjoy all that Miamisburg has to offer. Original white oak floors have been restored and provide a rustic cottage feel, but step into the Kitchen and catapult yourself into the modern era. The entire house is yours. The garage is for maintenance/management use only. Family owned property with access to husband/wife team via phone/text/email throughout your stay. Boutique shops and dining in historic downtown Miamisburg plus a large playground/skate park just a 3 minute walk from your stay. Private entrance though the backyard fence gate to the Great Miami River bikeway/walking trail. 10 minute walk to downtown for shopping/dining or the many festivals, concerts, and events held throughout the year. Check-in anytime using Keypad entry = no keys needed! Board games/card games. Please no pets. The care of the hardwood flooring and potential allergic reactions for our subsequent guests prohibit us from hosting pets.
