APARTMENT WITHIN 2 MINS OF FOREST -BIKING/WALKS

Wild Boar,Deer, Badgers,foxes , bird and wildlife are right on your door step. A completely self-contained first floor studio (Disability note) within 2 minutes of woods, village PO/store ,Doctors and 2 village pubs . Other small English villages with pubs having brass bands playing on summer evenings ,Mountain bike trails ,walking ,horse riding are all available locally .You will be staying on a smallholding style residence. HAVING TOTAL (ANNUAL) REDECORATING / UPDATING IN MARCH 2022! We live on a smallholding with horses ,chickens and sometimes Gloucester Old Spot pigs and sheep. Private parking. Patio ( smoking allowed only here),Personal outside tap and washdown area. We live on the smallholding situated next door to the apartment which is above our garages . We are centrally situated for the city of Gloucester, Chepstow Monmouth, Bristol and the Brecon Beacons . Mountain bikers/Walkers you can leave your car/van on the private drive and just ride straight into the woods and forest trails and tracks. Bring your own throw-away BBQ if you wish to use on the patio with open views across the forest and see badgers, foxes etc in the evenings and birds including buzzards during the day subject to times of year. Please note the electric is on a £1/£2 coin meter system and ONLY tea and hand towels are supplied ,please bring your own Bath/Shower Towels .Thank you.
