Coastal 3 bed property located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to many of South Devon's top beaches and coast line. Quaint local village with a number of traditional pubs and restaurants nearby. Great for families and those looking for peace and tranquillity that the countryside can offer. A short walk to the beach in one direction, the River Yealm in the other with a short drive to neighbouring villages along with readied access to the South West coastal path. Located in the village of Wembury Immediate access to the south west coastal path and short walk to the beach. Regular bus service to the city centre and onward transport links. Plenty of parking. We have paddle boards and a 5.5m RIB that are available to hire. The RIB is kept in the marina at Mount Batten (3 miles away) allowing you to explore more of the South Devon coastline.
