The guests have access to the entire property and the surrounding private forest. The hosts do not stay in the house but they are accessible by phone any time. There are other properties and summer houses around as well as a residential region with homes, hotels and resturants at about 300 meters. The closest neighbors are at about 50 meters. The place is accessible mainly by car. There is public transportation during the summer, with a bus stop at about 300 meters. The closest village is Kalandra, at about 5 km. There is transportation from Thessaloniki to Kalandra all over the year. One can find a taxi in Kalandra. The car can be parked within the property. There is a fireplace in the living room and electrical heaters but there is no central heating. The house is mainly meant to serve as a summer residence. There is hot water heater for the bathrooms and kitchen.
