Covid-19 Issues- During this crisis we are not allowing 1 night stays (min 2 nights). We have not charged a cleaning fee in the past, but to clean effectively using CDC guidelines it is taking excessive amounts of time and we are required to block 24 hours prior to and after a quest stay. To help offset this extra expense and loss of income we are charging a nominal cleaning fee of $35 per stay. Very clean, quiet space in the heart of historic Bucks County. Living room has a 50 inch smart TV, with Netflix, Sling TV, Amazon Prime Video and music. Any guest that orders any paid programing instead of using what is available for free, must pay host prior to check out. USB ports available in every room. There is plenty of off-street parking in our private parking lot and driveway. The private two bedroom apartment and all outside amenities are yours to enjoy. Please ask for assistance if you need anything during your stay that is not provided and we will do our best to accommodate. We would love to meet you if you are interested, but our private entrance and self check-in allow you complete privacy if that is what you want. Mark is semi-retired and available most of the time on the property or a cell call away. Hosts are willing to provide recommendations for restaurants as well as things to do or places to visit. We love to sit around the fire pit and enjoy a good conversation as well if that is something of interest to our guests. At the very least we will be available by cell phone to answer questions and do what we can to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. Just let us know what you may need and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our corner property is situated in a very safe neighborhood at the edge of the town of Richboro with restaurants, shops, as well as grocery and liquor stores in short walking distance. There are also nearby parks, walking trails, library, and plenty to do and see in the area. No immediately accessible public transportation, but there are plenty of Lyft and Uber drivers available as needed. Close to New Hope, Lahaska, Doylestown, Washington Crossing, Sesame Place, wineries and many parks and places to see or visit. Within 10 minutes of train stations to Philadelphia or New York City. Tyler State Park, walking and bike trails within minutes of this property. For a fee host is often available for roundtrip airport transportation. No smoking or vaping indoors. No pets. Generally the property is quiet with only two adults living in the three bedroom farmhouse.
