The bus station is 10 minutes walking distance away. Free parking is available in front of the house.The apartment will charm you with its warmth, functional arrangement and bright space and contains everything you need to feel at home. This cute and charming studio apartment was redesigned and completely renovated in 2019. It can fit two persons and is located in a ground floor of a two store house, has it's own entrance and in front of it boasts with a little area containing a bench from which you can comfortably enjoy an early morning coffee or a relaxed evening after adventurous day. While it is on a bit of a smaller side, it is equipped with all the essentials one may need and it will surprise with how cozy it is. It's suitable for couples, solo travelers and business people. Don't worry about mosquitoes, we have mosquito nets. This is a peaceful neighborhood of residential houses, without crime. The first city bus station is 700m away, which amounts to about a 9 minute walk. The central train and bus station is 4km away, and airport Jože Pučnik is 22km away. The center of Ljubljana, the congress market "Kongresni trg", is 2.7 km away, about 8 minutes by car, or 34 minutes of strolling. For all your day to day shopping needs, there is a gas station located 500m away, the first store is about 1.2km away from the apartment, and a pharmacy is about 1 km away. The first major shopping center "Intespar Vič" is approx. 1.6km away, while the largest shopping district in Slovenia, called "BTC" is 5.6km away. There is also a hotel with an all night open bar (called "A Hotel") just a 2 minute walk away. The first city bus station is 700 m away. The tourist tax is not included in the price and it is paid in cash at the check-in or through AIRBNB resolution center. After the payment, you will also receive the receipt.
