Locally you have a large retail park with the likes of Sainsbury’s, Boots and Curry’s - and you are located a 5 minute drive away from the Town centre/international centre. Please note - we do not allow parties or gatherings in this property - we are located in a quiet residential area and we asks guests to respect this. The annexe is located next to a family home in a generally quiet area. It’s a great place to come and relax/explore telford and Shropshire... but we request that parties are not planned as disruptive guests will be asked to leave. The beautiful Ironbridge is a 15minute drive/approx £10 taxi ride away. The picturesque town of Shrewsbury is approximately 20minutes drive away. Slightly further afield Wolverhampton is a 20minute train ride and the train station is about a 7minute drive. This is a self-contained 2 bedroomed annexe. On the ground floor you have an open planned living, kitchen and dining area with stairs leading to the first floor where you will find a communal area with games table, the main bedroom which houses a superking bed and a bathroom with large modern shower area. On this floor there are large bi-fold doors which open on to a decked balcony with table and chairs. stairs leading to a second floor which has a bedroom with a double bed. Plug sockets with USB points are found throughout the house, as are smart (Hidden by Airbnb) speakers. We live in the main house next door and are available most of the time. Short walk to a local retail park and approximately (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute wak to the town centre - which houses the international centre (<£5 in a taxi). The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of on-street parking. conveniently located to easily drive to the best of Shropshire. Shrewsbury and Ironbridge are only a short drive away. There is plenty of on-street parking and most shops are only a short walk away.
