Room with sofa-bed, table, chair and wardrobe. You will have access to the big open space with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, owen, microwave, dish-washer, dishes) and living room. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Apartment is part of the family house in peaceful neighborhood which is located about 20 mins from the city center. Tram station (end station of tram no. 1 in Brno-Reckovice), grocery shop, gym with swimming pool, restaurant and pizza house are in 5 min walking distance. The appartement is very specius. Even if the room is quite small you will feel confortable because you can use the whole flat. You can use the whole apartment except my room. There are two free parking spaces which can be used. The public transport is 5 minutes walking distance. The sofa-bed is quite big. Two people can sleep on it very comfortably.
