This spacious, cozy 2 bedroom basement suite has been updated and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is located about 30 minutes from Waterton and Glacier. It features 2 large screen TVs - bedroom and living room. Two bedrooms - one very large and the second average. King bed in large bedroom and queen bed in smaller bedroom. A 46 inch TV in living area as well as 42inch TV in the master bedroom. Beds are new and are top of the line. The suite has a totally separate furnace and heating ducts from the upstairs. Heating ducts are in the cement floor. This eliminates the possibility of any air contamination between where we live, on the main floor and where our guests stay, in the basement. Separate keyless entry into basement suite. Kitchen stocked with some basics. Washer and dryer available for guest use. Laundry is located in private storage area. Hosts live upstairs and may be available. The hosts have lived in Waterton Lakes National Park and can answer questions about the Park. We love to meet our guests. The magnificent temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a must see with visitor Center open from May -September. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the summer with waterslides and a lazy river. In the winter, there is an indoor pool and hot tub at a local hotel. Heritage Days (always the Saturday following the August long week-end) includes a parade, rodeo, soft ball tournament, pancake breakfast and other activities.
