Elegantly decorated private room with Queen bed and private hall bath. Room comes with personal flat screen TV, ample closet and dresser storage. Only minutes away from route 422 and 76. Close to historical Valley Forge Park and only 30 minutes from Philadelphia attractions. Our guestroom has a phenomenal new mattress and box spring. I only use quality linens and pillows and I am a fanatic about keeping the room clean for your comfort. There is also an oscillating fan in addition to central air and central heating for your comfort as well. Main kitchen, your room, bathroom in the hall, swimming pool – seasonally, Deck, sitting room on main floor, laundry – for a small additional fee. Interaction with our guests is done case-by-case. Some guests want to be left alone and some guests like to be social. For an additional fee dinner can be included at which time we can be social. I am a personal chef and caterer... So should you decide to add breakfast or dinner, you will not be disappointed. Our neighborhood is very peaceful as is our backyard which houses our chicken coop where we raise chickens that produce organic free range eggs for our consumption and for our guests consumption.. We have wonderful neighbors who are always willing to lend a hand if we need it. We are very close to restaurants, state store, post office, grocery store....all of these are within three minutes and there is a cute bar called The Peanut which is a 15 minute walk. And even though it is very peaceful we are only five minutes to route 422 which takes you to 76 to Philadelphia or The PA Turnpike… So we are a great location. Valley Forge is only 15 to 20 minutes away as well. We are one hour from Lancaster… That includes major sites and the outlets. The list goes on and on... Uber is available in our area, there is septa bus transportation nearby and I, Carolyn, can offer my services as well as a driver...if arranged in advance. Ice can be obtained from the refrigerator in the main kitchen. Coffee is free, Deluxe Continental breakfast can be added as an option for $10 per person.... it would include organic coffee with organic sweetener and cream, assorted cereals, nuts , raisins, fresh fruit and juice. Depending on my availability home-cooked dinners can be provided. Cost varies based on ingredients. These are per person prices. We do have two dogs- only 30lbs and two cats. They are very friendly and not intrusive. They will bark upon your arrival to alert us… But that only lasts for 60 seconds and then they are quiet. But making a notation for your information.
