This private self-contained studio property tucked at the end of the large gardens of a detached property is perfect for a couple, small family, or party of four. The property comprises a single studio space with exposed beams, which accommodates a comfortable double bed and double sofa bed with a free-standing shelving unit dividing the bedroom area and living spaces. Within the bedroom space, there is a chest of drawers, bedside tables, and hanging space. Within the living space, there is a TV and an array of books to peruse at your leisure. A newly fitted kitchen area provides visitors facilities to cook, with a kettle, toaster, microwave combination oven, a portable induction hob, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and kitchenware provided. There is also a dining table and four chairs looking out onto the garden, where if you wish open the patio doors and eat alfresco on the patio. Tea and coffee are also provided. In addition, there is a newly created adjoining en-suite bathroom room with a luxury walk-in shower. Towels and toiletries are also provided. During your stay, guests have access to a large garden, patio space with bbq, picnic bench, and fire pit with a plentiful supply of logs. Guests will have access to WiFi and internet as well as on-demand tv. There is parking next to the main house with a side gate entrance, taking you directly to The Cowshed at the end of the garden. David and Kate will be available to help either in person or at the end of the phone. Oakhill is a quiet Village set near to local amenities, within walking distance of the Mendip hills an area of outstanding natural beauty. Excellent meals and friendly service is available at the Oakhill Inn only five minutes walk away, where alfresco dining in a cozy courtyard. The Co-op in Shepton Mallet is 3 miles (5 mins) away and stays open till late. An Indian takeaway and restaurant, two Chinese restaurants, a Greek restaurant, and a Domino's Pizza takeaway can also be found in this medieval town. Being just 20 minutes from Longleat Safari Park, the Cowshed is perfect for a family who have booked a weekend pass. We are only 15 minutes from Babington House and Vobster Key this is the perfect base to relax after a long day of diving or celebrating the nuptials of family or friends.
