Charming and freshly renovated studio, in a typical Lisboeta neighborhood. Flat with a stunning 27 m2 terrace and an impressive view of the Monsanto park. From there you can also glimpse the Aqueduct and the Benfica stadium. Located near the Aguas Livres museum, 5 minutes away from the Amoreiras shopping center. The vintage tramway 24E, which will take you downtown (Square Luis de Camoes) in less than 20 minutes, is 500 meters away. Entirely renovated and air-conditioned studio apartment with all the amenities you need. There's a fully equipped kitchen that even includes a laundry machine should you require one. Coffee and tea will be provided, along with ingredients for basic cooking (Pastas, oil and salt & pepper). A smoothing-iron is also at your disposal. A flat screen TV is perched on the wall in front of the comfy double bed and high speed Wifi is naturally provided. The bathroom incorporates a head shower in a cabin, with shampoo soap and fresh towels. The definitive highlight of this place is the big outdoor terrace with a stunning view of the Monsanto park, where you can also glimpse the aqueduct and the Benfica stadium. Travelers have access to the whole flat. Either my wife or myself will welcome you and explain a bit about the apartment and the neighborhood. We will also give some advises on the city. I will stay reachable should you have any question/issue during your stay. Typical and friendly neighborhood with supermarkets, small Lisbon shops and many restaurants close by. The aqueduct, the Aguas livres museum, the Campolide park(an enjoyable square where you can reach the tramway 24E) and the Amoreiras shopping mall are all reachable within a 10 minutes walk. Downtown is 35 min by foot, the famous bar & nightlife neighborhood of Bairo Alto is a 30 min walk. The studio is 500 meters away from the vintage tram 24E which starts from Parque Campolide and goes by the Aqueduto das Amoreiras, Rato, the botanical Garden, the belvedere São Pedro de Alcântara and finishes at the Square Luís de Camões downtown. A lovely, touristic but not crowded route. The tram 24E has a liaison with the underground subway at Rato. The underground parking of Campolide (around 15 euros for a full day) is at the same place as the tram start. The apartment is 4 minutes away from a taxi station. The underground stations of Rato and Sao Sebastiao are both a 20 minutes walk from the studio. Downtown is 35 min by foot, the famous bar & nightlife neighborhood of Bairo Alto is a 30 min walk. Accommodation located on top of a two-floor building, without lift. You will have to climb twenty-five steps to reach it. We remind you that the whole accommodation is a non-smoking space, except for the outside areas. No-noise after 22:00. All events, parties & BBQs are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Those include "small birthdays" and "simple diner with friends" as well, as they most likely won't follow the previous rule. Any breach of those simple rules will bring about the ongoing booking's immediate cancellation.
