Swan Creek Cottages - Lucerne Up

Self-contained house on a farm fronting the Clarence River. Enjoy the relaxing views across the paddocks to the river. Great location to explore Clarence Valley and just 10 minutes from Grafton. This farm house has just been renovated in a contemporary style and provides accommodation for up to 10 people. There are two queen rooms, including one with ensuite. The third bedroom can be set up with a king bed or two singles. Adjoining the twin room is the bunkroom which can sleep four people. Guests are welcome to explore the farm with walks along the Clarence River and Swan Creek which form the boundaries of our property. The two waterways are great spots for fishing, canoeing or enjoying the birdlife. We live on site and enjoy the opportunity to meet with guests and share our local knowledge of what to see and do in the area. Grafton is well known as the Jacaranda city and welcomes visitors to explore it's history and enjoy the many sporting, cultural and arts events held during the year. We are a short drive to the old river port of Ulmarra and the beaches of Yamba. The house is accessible friendly with a ramp access and level access inside the home. Showers are walk in. As we are a working farm, we ask that you please respect our animals and crops and thus leave all gates as you find them.
