The standalone villa is less than 5 minutes walking from three different beaches, all featuring easy access for all guests. The village’s main beach, appropriately named “Prainha” (meaning small beach in Portuguese) can be accessed by an elevator exclusive to the village’s residents and guests. Villa Acqua is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite, a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a spacious dining space. The master suite has its own, bathroom, double bed, ample closet space, a convenient cupboard. The suite has direct access to the outdoor terraces. The second double bedroom features beautiful garden views, a double bed, private wardrobe and a convenient cupboard. The bedroom is conveniently situated directly next to a fully equipped bathroom, with a shower. The third bedroom, also en suite, is composed of three pleasant single beds, two spacious bedside tables, a bamboo stool and a fully kitted bathroom, with natural light. The fourth bedroom, much like the third, is a suite, and has three comfortable single beds, a bamboo stool, plenty of hangers and a fully equipped bathroom with natural light. The common area’s most prominent space is the spacious living room, which has a very large sofa, two traditional African armchairs and two beanbags. The indoor dining area can seat up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, laundry machine, stove, oven, fridge, freezer and multiple kitchen appliances. Apart from the appliances, the kitchen has all the necessary cutlery, tableware and glassware for 10. Outside, you will find two separate outdoor terraces: one above the main floor, equipped with sunbeds; downstairs, you will have a second, outdoor dining space. Both terraces offer ocean views. The house has air conditioning and heating in every bedroom and living room, there is a fully functional fireplace in the living room, perfect for a cosy atmosphere in winter stays. Villa Acqua has a HD television with a large choice of national and international TV channels, free WiFi and excellent mobile connectivity, as well as more than enough wall sockets (european plug). Safety features include a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide alarms and a first aid kit. The house has all the necessary cleaning utensils, as well as an ironing board.
