A secure, old English style 'studio', with solid wooden floors, high ceilings with comfortable and stylish furniture. You will have the studio completely to yourself. It contains one lavish bedroom with an en suite bathroom, leading onto a little kitchen and lounge. Also a private patio with views to the Durban harbour in a lovely and safe neighbourhood. There is one secure parking available upon prior request (please inform us if you need parking). A new kitchenette (with everything you could wish for)! A flat-screen TV connected to DSTV (full bouquet), and fast wifi available. The bedroom has a King sized bed which could be separated upon prior request. Please note that this has to be requested in advance of your arrival. The bathroom is within the bedroom - an open plan design (which may be awkward if you are sharing with a co-worker or the like). However the bedroom door can be closed. There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge should that be preferable. There may be an additional charge for extra linen should you need this extra facility. Please note: there is a dog on the property but he will not bother you. I live on the property but the studio is completely separate and private. Glenwood is a special neighbourhood with a cafe culture and green spaces. There are walks into Pigeon Valley where duiker, monkeys and many birds of prey can be found (completely wild). Parc, the local cafe and coffee spot is less than a 10 minute walk away. It serves great coffee, breakfasts and lunches. The Glenwood bakery is also a must! It’s best to have your own car. Uber is a good option too.
