Cosy Guesthouse

Cute Guesthouse that’s homely and welcoming with a comfy bed. Kitchen has tea/coffee facilities as well as a large fridge in the kitchenette. Plates, mugs, cups, cookware etc. Guest house is not attached to the main house and is a converted garage on the left side of the main house. There is ample parking in the street available. Please feel free to park in front of the house but please not in the driveway. Thank you To access the space - go through gates on the left side of the property and you will come to a glass sliding door. The space is through these doors. Will be available most times during the week and weekend. Local shops only a few minutes walk away. IGA, and Doctors surgery. Close walk to a lovely park area only a minute away. Local shopping centre is a five minute drive and a major shopping centre a ten minute drive. Local shops only minutes away with bus stops located there if that suits your needs. There is a McDonald’s five minutes away located at Kippax shopping area. The space you will be staying in is not shared and you will have it completely to yourself. The driveway in front of the guesthouse at times will be shared.
