Former Coach House on the Edge of the New Forest

The Annex at Redlynch Lodge is a 2 bedroom former coach house. It has its own private entrance, facilities and garden. The property is situated on the edge of the New Forest and a short drive from Salisbury or Southampton. The property is attached to the owners property via a laundry wing. Both the bedrooms are on the first floor. Both rooms are ensuite, with good quality towels and bedlinen. there is a TV and hairdryers in both rooms and Neal's Yard toiletries are provided for your use. Guests booking for two people only will have use of 1 bedroom. The living area has a TV, blue tooth music centre and games for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and hob. There is access to a private garden with table and chairs and a chinoiserie fire. The Annex is close to the edge of the New Forest so is great for cycling or walking. Salisbury Cathedral with its museums and shop is approximately 6 miles away, Southampton approximately 12 miles and Bournemouth and the coast is an easy drive. I am available on site in the main house to help if their any problems or to help with local knowledge or advice. The Annex is situated in the grounds of Redlynch Lodge and most of the 1 1/2 acre site is open for guests to explore. The village pub is a few minutes walk and there are a couple of takeaway restaurants within walking distance, as is the local post office / store. There is an infrequent bus service that runs close to the house during weekdays and Saturdays. There is no service on a Sunday. The X3 from Salisbury to Bournemouth runs from the nearby village of Downton (2 miles) The Annex has plentiful private parking.
