sea breeze among the gum trees

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean in this beautiful 2 storey beach house nestled amongst the gum trees - with ocean views to Kitten Bay and 5 minutes walk to Merry Beach and Kioloa Beach. Kioloa is a quiet beach town situated on the picturesque south coast , surrounded by beaches, national parks, winery's and don't forget the friendly kangaroos! The house is light filled and even on the hottest days catches a beautiful sea breeze. The kitchen is well equipped and a baby Webber can be found on the veranda for those tasty fish BBQs. All bedrooms have doonas and pillows so please bring own sheets and towels. Board games and a small selection of DVDs and books are available for use. There are 2 x double beds and bunk beds accommodating 6 guests, however there are also 2 x futon double fold out beds that allow for an extra 4 guests at $50 extra per person. Whole house with off street parking Abbey and Kate are more than happy to answer any questions during your stay. Kioloa is a quiet seaside village so please be mindful of our few permanent neighbours. Bin night is Monday if you don't mind putting the bin out on Sunday evening. The best seafood shop is Luckys' Seafood in Ulladulla with fresh locally caught seafood. Beautiful walks south to Pretty and Pebbly Beaches and Racecourse and Murramurang to the North. Plenty of kangaroos roam freely around the streets and large mobs can be found around and behind the caravan Park at Merry Beach. Lovely local restaurant and great fish and chips from the adjacent café.
