Once Upon a Tide luxury flat is on the ground floor, all on the one level, and has a main entrance as well as access from the kitchen to the back garden. It is in a quiet street with ample parking and only a few minutes walk to the beach and golf courses. The property is decorated to a very high standard and well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. There is an immaculate shared back garden as well as private space at front of the flat where you can enjoy the sun. Guests must provide the numbers and names of ALL persons who will be staying in the flat prior to final booking/point of booking. The flat sleeps from 1 person up to a maximum of 4 people. 1 double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge (additional mattress topper for added comfort). This includes children, a travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. Please let your host know on point of booking. The flat has a separate kitchen and dining area in the hallway. The lounge has two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a beautiful open fire and a lovely bay window. The bathroom has a walk in shower and there is also an additional cloakroom. There is a large storage cupboard in the hallway which is excellent for storing golf clubs or buckets and spades for the beach. The shared back garden is immaculately kept and there is also private space at the front of the flat where you can enjoy the sunshine for most of the day. There is parking in the street outside the flat or surrounding streets (Crescent Road; Emsdorf Road; Emsdorf street) Access to the flat is either thru the main entrance at the front of the property (slight step) or can be accessed by the back door which leads to the kitchen. Please mind the slight step when you exit the front of the property. I live close to the flat and happy to help if I am at home. I can also be contacted by email or mobile. There is a key safe for entry into the flat on arrival. Please note that I will need you to advise of your own personal email address to allow me to email you the attachments for travel directions and for the key safe code. Lundin Links is famous for its first class golf courses. In addition, St Andrews golf courses are only a short 20 minute drive away. There is a coffee shop, butchers/bakers, and convenience store in Lundin Links with Blacketyside Farm Shop and Tearoom closeby. Lower Largo with its quaint harbour is a five minute walk from the flat. The hotel and restaurant, The Crusoe, as well as the local pub, The Railway Inn are here. Both are friendly and welcoming to visitors. The new Dumbarnie Links Golf Course is a short 5/10 minute drive. You can enjoy lovely coastal walks to Elie, St Monans, Pittenweem, Crail and Anstruther. Edinburgh is only a 45-50 minute drive away. Dundee is approximately 40 minutes and Glasgow is 75 minutes. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which can take you to all the coastal villages. There is also a direct bus to St Andrews and the stop for this is a five minute walk from the flat. Markinch is the nearest railway station and you can access the trains to Edinburgh or Dundee. It is a 15 minute drive from the flat. There is another station at Kirkclady which is a 25 minute drive. Host is flexible with check in/out times depending on other bookings. Please do not smoke in the flat Please do not place face wipes etc down the toilet. Bin is provided. A lot of time and care goes into keeping the flat in an immaculate condition. Please leave it as you found it. Please also be mindful of my very nice neighbours. There is on street parking (please do not block any driveways). Additional on street parking can be found in Emsdorf Street, Emsdorf Road, Crescent Road and Drummochy Road (all 2 minutes away).
