Cozy and newly renovated apartment in Dervio, it's strategic position will allows you to easily reach the main beaches, the center of the village and the hiking paths embedded in nature. The house is a small typical old building, very bright and fresh, newly renovated. The apartment is located at the ground floor, it includes 2 private parking spots. The entrance is on a beautiful terrace from which you have an amazing view of the lake and mountains. In the living area you will find a large sofa-bed, a leaf table and a small but very well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is composed by a large double bed, a cozy dunk bed, an open closet and tricks for all ages :). The bathroom includes all the essentials and a washhouse, towels are provided. WiFi, TV and bed sheets are included. Two bikes are free to use during your stay to explore all the natural beauties of Dervio. In our place we've collected maps/information and tips on restaurant and services to experience, but we would be always avaiable to give you more suggestions and informations. The apartment has a very strategic location, it is 50 mt walk from the beaches and from the front lake. In 500 mt you can easily reach, from the main road, all the restaurants, cafes and groceries of Dervio. You also will have the opportunity to reach many trials ( like Sentiero del Viandante) suitable for everyone!! Dervio is a very special location especially from the practice of watersports like windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing and sailing. From Dervio you can also take the ferry to visit other amazing towns of the Lake Como like Varenna, Bellagio and Como. During winter season the flat is the ideal starting point to reach the main ski areas in Valtellina and Switzerland (Madesimo, Chiesa Valmalenco, Bormio, Livigno and St Moritz). It is 90 Km from Milan, 80 Km from Bergamo. The easiest way to get here is by car, exit Dervio from SS36 Milano-Lecco-Valtellina. Once in Dervio you will have the direct access to the 2 private parking space of the house. The train station is very close to the apartment as well (200 mt), the railway passes just behind the house. The nearest airports are Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate and the airport in Bergamo.
