Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house. New apartment, very bright and quiet, in ideal residential area of Bludenz with free view on the Rätikon. Our apartment has fast WLAN and SAT TV with SKY Package as well as a completely equipped kitchen, among other things with toaster, cheese Raclett, capsule coffee machine and much more. In the living room there is a sofa bed which can be used as a double bed. Our guests enjoy their privacy by separate entrance and own terrace. Washing machine and dryer can be shared. Of course, there are also shelters for bikes, skis and other sports equipment. I live in the same house, but completely separated. Our companies, (Website hidden by Airbnb) and OPTION GOLF are located opposite. So I am always available if you need anything. The apartment is located in the most beautiful residential area of Bludenz, green, many gardens, very quiet, almost no traffic. The most beautiful ski areas of Vorarlberg are in the immediate vicinity. To the closest ski areas: Brandnertal or Montafon it takes you only 10 minutes by car. There is also a bus service to the train Station which makes it easier to arrive by Train. The Station is also in walking distance - About 5 minutes. To Lech / Zürs (Arlberg) you need about 35 minutes by car or one hour by bus. For hiking, our local mountain, the Muttersberg, is a beautiful and mostly sunny destination. The cable car station is about 1 km away. The bus stop is about 50 m away. The Station in Bludenz (express train stop) is very close - about 5 minutes on foot. From there it takes you 30 minutes to St. Anton, one hour to Lech / Zürs or 30 - 40 minutes to the ski areas of Montafon or Brandnertal.
