Impressive ocean and coastal views from most rooms and large outdoor balcony with enclosed sun room. Established gardens and maintained grassed areas with abundant bird and animal life. The house is located along the popular self drive tourist routes of Lower Denmark Road and at the entry to the popular West Cape Howe National Park, world renowned Bibbulmun Track walkers trail and Munda Biddi mountain bike trail. West Cape Howe National Park includes some of the region’s most popular natural attractions including Shelley Beach and the spectacular cliffs being WA’s most southerly point. Close proximity on Torbay Hill to other built visitor attractions and operations including Torbay Glass Studios, Cosy Corner Café, Meleah Farrell Photography Gallery, the Good Food Shed, and Torbay Hill Function Centre. You will require a car to get around. This house is on a country property so please be mindful that there are occasional power outages (although rare). Please be water wise as the house is only connected to rainwater tanks. Limited wifi is available (wifi is via satellite nbn). Please keep this in mind as once the monthly quota is used no further service is available. During summer you also need to be mindful of snakes and keep the doors closed at all times.
