Option for Super king sized bed or twin beds. A sofa bed in the living room and a flexible single bed for additional guests. Excellent Transport Links with Bursledon Rail Station 5 minutes walk away. Large double bedroom on the ground floor. Bed can be configured as either a Superking or 2 x 3ft single beds. There is an additional double sofa bed in the lounge area and if necessary a new single folding bed both at extra cost. Spacious open plan lounge with 2 sofas, and TV. Dining area with table & chairs. Cooking area equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer and also a washing machine. New shower room and redecorated for 2021 season! Ideal location for Monday to Friday business stays and weekend or longer leisure trips. Babies and toddlers welcome. Well behaved children by arrangement. Great access to Hamble River for Sailors. Walking distance from Swanwick Premier Marina, Deacons Boat yard & Marina, Elephant Boatyard and also Mendez Marine for RYA courses. Located on the river Hamble with its marinas and river / country walks. Very quick access to Junction 8 of M27. Off street Parking Walking Distance from Bursledon Railway Station and also Bus stops. Just 15 mins from Southampton Airport and mainline railway stations. Junction 8 of M27 is about 10 minutes away providing easy access to Portsmouth (and cross channel ferries). Southampton for Cruise ships and access to Isle of Wight. The New Forest, Winchester, Ageas Bowl, and Goodwood are all within easy reach. A car isn’t necessary as buses and trains are very close. Also you can book mini cabs or an Uber.
