Cozy studio apartment

Lovely studio flat situated on the edge of Hove on a vibrant street within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and only a 15 minute walk from the much loved beach. It is very well connected to the centre of Brighton and surrounding areas with brilliant transport links including regular bus services (which function throughout the night), a train station and free parking on surrounding residential streets (although no private parking is provided). The studio has a small double bed as well as a pull out sofa bed for extra guests, a fully equipped kitchen area and a nice size bathroom including bath with electric shower. It is a well loved welcoming home. I will be available via email or phone call throughout the stay if guests have any concerns or queries As mentioned before, the studio is situated on a busy road, yet it benefits from being at the back of the property so is lovely and quiet. As well as being a short walk to local amenities and the beach, it is also close to: A Watersport Centre Tennis courts Pitch & Putt The train station where there are direct lines to London Local parks The centre of Brighton As stated, there is free parking surrounding the property but please note that, due to the flat being on a vibrant street, it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot. We always manage to find one though :)
