Luxury Retreat near Como and Milan

Recently top refurbishment of the East wing of main country house, nestled within a private gated park of over 70,000 sqm. Ideally located. In half an hour you can reach Milan, lake Como, Varese or Malpensa airport. Train station at walking distance. The East Wing of the main house is totally independent, there is a dedicated entrance gate, buzzer and parking spaces. The rooms are located over 3 floors: dining, sitting ( with wooden fire place) and kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a reading lounge leading to 2 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with showers. On the second floor there is a truly romantic suite with gas fire place, and a big bathroom with freestanding bath tub. This house can be rented to a minimum of 2 people ( ground and 1st floor) up to 6 adults. We can add extra cots or small beds in either the suite or one of the double rooms on the first floor to fit children's or babies. Our guests will have full access to the property and the surrounding garden. Plenty of parking spaces and the possibility of using one of the main lawns as an helipad to enjoy breathtaking air tours of the lakes area. In the house there is an intercom that can connect the east wing to the rest of the house, every guest can contact us should they need to, while they enjoy their total privacy. The whole gated property is at the south border of the regional park "Pineta" where the Golf club "La Pinetina" lies. Plenty of sport facilities are available nearby. The nearby train station is on the Milan-Varese branch of the Ferrovie Nord Train Lines. All trains depart from Milano Cadorna and then in Saronno split into two branches one going towards Varese( our side) and one going to Como. There is also the Pedemontana Lombarda A36 a new road with toll charges that can take you to Malpensa or Milan even faster, when completed it will link directly Malpensa to Bergamo. A car is advisable to get around the lakes. We accept pets prior to notification.
