This cosy one-bedroom apartment is centrally located in a well-toned area buzzing with cafes & dining. It's close to many amenities: bus stop in front of the building (Bus (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) - EVENT Bus stop during footy season); 5 min walk to local fresh market The Herdsman; 3min walk to Herdsman Lake; within short driving distance to Floreat and Innaloo shopping centres, and some of the most beautiful beaches! The space is best suited for one or two. At every check-in, fresh towels and beddings with pillows for the Queen bed in the bedroom are prepared. The sofa in the living area can be rearranged to make a double bed if necessary for your BOOKED guest stay - if you require extra beddings for sleeping on the sofa, please let me know ASAP beforehand (e.g. when you request a booking). There is one secure parking bay for the apartment stay and WIFI access inside the apartment. The local area strives with excellent cafes including the Reverie at the Herdsman just 5min walk from the building, opening from 6.30am weekdays and 7am on weekends. I am happy to help you with enquiries to what I can, just shout me a message :) Besides the apartment space, Guests may use the common area BBQ, Outdoor Lounge, Gym, Bathroom/Toilet/Change Room, and Swimming Pool (closed in winter) - keep in mind those are for public use and any misuses or misbehaviours will be reported. Please clean after, keep noises down and follow the rules. If any fines are issued during period of stay, guests will be required to pay in order. FYI the swimming pool is closed during Australian winter months due to the cold weather and to save energy use. All other common areas are still available during such time. If you have any queries, send me a message on Airbnb and always happy to help with what I can. - The local shopping area is 5min walk from the building: The Herdsman & Cafe, Post Office, Newagency, restaurants, pharmacy, chemist, etc. The further Innaloo Shopping Centre, Event Cinemas and restaurants can be reached from bus stop in front of the building. - The apartment buidling is within walking distance to Herdsman Lake (entrance is literally across the road from the building), and short driving distance to City Beach, Wembley Golf Course, Subiaco, Lake Monger, Innaloo, Perth City, etc. - The ShiWei Chinese Restaurant downstairs at Lower Ground Level is popular with the locals opening for lunch and dinner. While you may walk to the local shopping district, the Herdsman Lake and the Grantham Park next to the building, bus stop is downstairs right in front of the building (straight to City, beach, nearby train station, Innaloo shopping centre, etc.). There is one secured car space for this apartment while you are here. An EV charger station is available inside the carpark if you have an electric car. Bike storage is also available.
